Description

• Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities • Qualify complex inbound leads and effectively match them with appropriate Account Executives • Articulate Prefect's technical value proposition to developers, including data engineers and other technical decision-makers • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and qualification processes • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities created • Track and improve performance and efficiency on a daily basis

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development in a technical SaaS environment • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and ability to adapt to different buyer personas • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to learn and articulate complex technical concepts • Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay, Outreach.io, Lead Router (Chili Piper) and AI prospecting tools) • Experience using AI to increase productivity in outbounding efforts • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Basic understanding of data engineering concepts is a plus
