• The Director oversees the Women and Infant’s team's quality and patient outcomes improvement initiatives. • Manages perinatal consultants, collaborates with tech and data teams, and delivers educational materials. • Coordinates with senior leadership on project deliverables and client relationships. • Provides leadership by driving collaborative results while meeting utilization targets and developing staff.
Requirements
• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor's degree required • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Project management skills • Effective communication to clients and team members • 10 years of applicable experience preferred • Registered Nurse certification required • Master of Science in Nursing education preferred
