•We are seeking a skilled Logistics/Mission Support Specialist (Business Analyst) with a background in organizational management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. •This role supports organizational transformation consulting and will involve developing and executing key deliverables for government clients, particularly focused on Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and related services. •The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting analysis, offering strategic recommendations, and supporting project management initiatives.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in related field •5 years of experience in business analysis, organizational management, or a related field. •Familiarity with Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), including experience conducting or managing site visits and assessments. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and synthesize findings for actionable recommendations. •Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational strategy, and stakeholder engagement. •Proficiency in developing project-related documentation, such as SOPs, project plans, and strategic reports. •Ability to support project management activities, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables. •Comfortable conducting interviews and summarizing analysis for senior review.
