Description

• The Global Director, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding PriceSpider’s customer base. • This position involves leading sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasting. • Represent PriceSpider at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions. • Continuously refine sales processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • 7+ years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management positions. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. • Experience in selling complex solutions or services to enterprise-level customers. • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a complex sales environment. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive results. • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
