📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, operations and performance of Pritchard's vehicle fleet. • Manage the relationship with our fleet management company and Operational staff. • Ensure cost-effective and efficient fleet operations. • Optimize fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Drive operational excellence. • Act as the primary point of contact for the FMC and internal Operations. • Oversee contract performance and develop strategies to optimize FMC services. • Ensure vehicles are maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements. • Track and analyze fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other expenses. • Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and operational compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar fleet operations role managing a Fleet Management Service Provider. • Strong knowledge of fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and telematics. • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage budgets and analyze data to drive performance improvements. • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
