β€’ Identify and prospect potential clients in the mid-market and enterprise sectors through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and align our solutions with their business goals. β€’ Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations. β€’ Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities. β€’ Partner with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements that exceed client expectations. β€’ Track sales activities, manage your pipeline, and report on revenue forecasts.

Requirements

β€’ Proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in staffing or recruitment. β€’ Strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to present customized staffing solutions to larger organizations. β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with high-level decision-makers. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. β€’ Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools. β€’ A network of industry contacts is a plus.
