• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, driving new revenue for Procore • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Executives through diverse recruiting channels • Foster a high-accountability, performance-driven culture within the team • Provide training and support on Procore’s products, sales strategies, and best practices to ensure success in inside sales • Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews to coach team members and support deal strategy, presentations, and negotiations • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality, proper follow-up, and deal progression • Provide detailed performance analysis and accurate sales forecasts based on individual and team metrics • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience • 7-10+ years of experience in quota-carrying software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment • 3-5+ years of management experience in a sales environment • Proven success in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales representatives • Experience selling through product demonstrations, email, and social selling • Familiarity with sales methodologies and demonstrated experience using Salesforce • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
