Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in software/SaaS. β€’ Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and email automation platforms. β€’ Strong ability to identify leads, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities. β€’ Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. β€’ A passion for innovation and delivering customer-focused solutions. β€’ Proven experience in sales development or related roles, with a track record of meeting lead-generation goals. β€’ Ability to work remotely, with a strong preference given to candidates in the DC, Virginia, or Baltimore area. β€’ A driven, resourceful, and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and achieving results.
