β€’ American farmers have made tremendous technology advancements through hardware improvements and investments in precision agriculture. β€’ Seso is addressing this problem by modernizing the back-office for the farm. β€’ Our mission is to build the premier platform for agribusiness to hire and manage their workforce and improve the lives of agricultural workers. β€’ We are addressing American farmers’ biggest pain point - access to qualified labor - through a software-enabled labor solution that automates the H-2A visa. β€’ Seso has raised over $60M from Tier I investors including Index, Founders Fund, and Mary Meeker at Bond.

Requirements

β€’ 6+ months of prior outbound sales experience, preferably within a B2B company β€’ Detail oriented and knows how to stay organized in the midst of working potentially hundred of leads β€’ Strong experience cold prospecting, knows what it’s like to have a monthly quota β€’ Strong communication skills via phone and email β€’ Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills β€’ Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization β€’ You love building relationships and understanding others' points of view β€’ You thrive in an environment of constant learning and experimentation β€’ Fluency in Spanish speaking a plus!
