• Generate net-new partnership opportunities with school and district leaders • Assume ownership of partnership opportunities generated via Business Development partners • Participate in co-marketing/co-sales opportunities with strategic partner organizations • Foster opportunities within schools and districts through the partnership pipeline • Manage your pipeline, forecast outcomes, and plan/execute impactful tactics • Leverage school partnerships to generate district-wide partnerships • Experiment with innovative approaches and double down on effective approaches • Collaborate with key stakeholders within Educator Enablement and across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the educational technology sector, preferably selling into the United States market • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and being a top performer • The capacity to think creatively to enhance the entire sales process • Experience in engaging with and conducting transactions with senior school and district leaders • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple parallel projects/priorities • Confidence and willingness to challenge customers' perspectives • Ability to tailor materials and empowerment resources for personalized experience • Experience with sales management software (e.g., CRM tooling)
