📋 Description
• Promo Builder LLC is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. • Responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. • Act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. • Ideal candidate is high-energy with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Need to be results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about revenue growth. • Responsibilities include contacting and qualifying leads, managing accounts, developing relationships, tracking interactions in CRM, providing customer support, and maintaining product knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar field • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) • Proficiency with MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • WFH office set up or ability to work from office
