Description

β€’ Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact β€’ Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals β€’ Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention β€’ Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition β€’ Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development β€’ Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services β€’ Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.

Requirements

β€’ Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian β€’ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus β€’ 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar field β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) β€’ Track record of achieving sales quotas β€’ Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) β€’ Proficiency with MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) β€’ Understanding of sales performance metrics β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ WFH office set up or ability to work from office
