โ€ข Role focused on implementing and refining people operations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning at Propel America, an organization committed to equitable workforce education. โ€ข Manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance, ensuring alignment with employment laws, policies, and best practices. โ€ข Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain skilled team members while building a strong talent pipeline. โ€ข Establish and manage performance management and leadership development strategies to drive talent performance and organizational effectiveness. โ€ข Foster a high-performing, values-driven workplace culture through effective employee experience and engagement initiatives.
