β€’ Propelus delivers trusted and accurate healthcare compliance solutions, ensuring workforce requirements are met, fostering safety and supporting communities.\nβ€’ The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing strategic relationships with large, high-value enterprise customers.\nβ€’ The CSM will work to ensure the long-term success, satisfaction, and growth of assigned accounts by driving product adoption and identifying opportunities.\nβ€’ Reporting to the Customer Success Team Manager, the Enterprise CSM will serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.\nβ€’ Core responsibilities include strategic customer relationship management, account growth, tailored success planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, customer health management, advocacy and issue resolution, performance tracking, and product expertise.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)\nβ€’ 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with a focus on managing enterprise or strategic accounts\nβ€’ Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts, with a strong emphasis on account growth, upselling, and cross-selling\nβ€’ Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations\nβ€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders\nβ€’ Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple large accounts simultaneously\nβ€’ Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges\nβ€’ Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero)\nβ€’ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive customer success.
