Requirements

• Customer Focus • Build Networks • Communicates Effectively • Decision Quality • Situational Adaptability • Resourcefulness • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms • Basic understanding of change management principles • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or relevant field OR similar relevant professional field experience • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members • Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and change management tools • Proven ability to view and service clients holistically
