• 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role. • Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred. • Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies. • Strong experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot. • Proven experience with deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships in a revenue-driven environment. • Ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights. • Experience working with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems. • A growth mindset with a drive to advance in your career and adapt in a fast-growing company. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
