Requirements

• BS degree or 6+ years real time on the job equivalent experience. • Web based Platforms: Web Development and Networking with working knowledge of WEB technologies (for e.g.: REST, JSON, REGEX, etc..) and communication protocols such as HTTP(S), and TCP/IP. • Cloud Platform: AWS, Azure, GCP (Any one of the clouds) • Networking skills and commands for troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of technology and how to apply technology to solve the customers business needs across the customer lifecycle. • Excellent listener with an aptitude for problem solving and deductive reasoning skills • Managing customer relation escalations for the accounts under management
