Description

• Direct and manage account management team • Analyze and report team performance metrics • Ensure timely, successful, and high-quality delivery of clinical projects across the team • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients • Identify potential risks, influence project teams, and develop mitigation plans while fostering client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in account and project management, sales, or a related field, with at least three (3) years in a direct management role • Previous experience in project management, budget and resource management, vendor contract management, or business development experience at a clinical research organization preferred
