Description
• The Accreditation Program Manager will support the Health System with compliance to accreditation standards and state/federal regulations. • Manage processes for external accreditation, licensure, and certification of system entities. • Develop and implement new processes, technologies, and resources for accreditation services programs. • Support the implementation of Caring Reliably and processes for transparency and learning.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or another clinical discipline. • Active license in field of clinical study upon hire. • 4 years of quality management, clinical quality improvement, accreditation, or risk management function in an acute care facility or multi-facility health system. • Master's Degree (preferred). • CPHQ or CJCP (preferred). • 1 year prior experience managing a clinical care department or unit (preferred).
