Description
• The Program Manager is responsible for program coordination and management for experience improvement initiatives across the enterprise. • This position will develop and drive the overarching experience strategy for the organization while working with cross-functional teams to implement improvement activities. • The Program Manager will interface with vendors and support vendor programs and efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of experience with Process Improvement, Project Management & Organizational Management • 2+ years of experience with CAHPS, Healthcare/Member Experience, Patient Experience, Customer Service or Stars
