Description

• Seeking a Technical Support Account Manager with expertise in IAM. • Build trusted relationships with clients and guide them through technical support. • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption. • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for successful project completion. • Manage post-implementation support and facilitate working sessions to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years in technical account management or customer-facing technical roles. • Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) systems. • Strong proficiency with XML, SQL, and relational databases. • Ability to write in Java, Python, Groovy, or C#. • Familiarity with cryptographic best practices and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and self-management skills.
