• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies. • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. • Oversee the sales forecast and monitor sales metrics. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and manage the regional sales budget. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the rare disease environment. • Proven track record of successfully launching new drugs in rare/specialty/orphan disease. • Experience with working with a Specialty Pharmacy network. • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and develop insights. • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
