• Are you a proactive, fast-thinking individual with a passion for getting things done? • We're looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support a highly driven business owner. • You'll play a key role in keeping his business operations running smoothly across multiple ventures. • You’ll need to work in his timezone (PST) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support. • Calendar & Email Management: Stay on top of an ever-changing schedule. • Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing materials for meetings. • Task Management: Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to a team of virtual assistants. • Project Assistance: Help with various eCommerce projects, research, and follow-ups. • Communication: Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • General Admin Support: Manage invoices, reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
