Requirements

• Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results. • Native-level proficiency in English. • Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
