β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role. β’ Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and metrics. β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. β’ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. β’ Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction. β’ Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
