• The Senior Sales executive is a player/coach position and is responsible for driving sales through and with the AWS team in a given territory. • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. • Build and deepen executive relationships within the AWS regional and practice ecosystem to drive new business opportunities. • Influence long-term strategic direction with customers and serve as a business partner to them. • Manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers. • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Internal GTM teams and AWS alliance Partners. • Create proposals and Statements of Work in collaboration with the Delivery team. • Drive deal profitability. • Measure customer satisfaction and be the ‘voice of the customer’.
• Professional Services sales leadership experience • A minimum of 7 years Professional Services sales experience • Experience selling through/with AWS sellers and the partner organization • Experience working with AWS customers and have existing relationships with key AWS Sellers in the segment • Experience in solution sales of ‘in the Cloud services and solutions’ • Experience handling Data Analytics And AI/ML projects solving various use cases across industries • Strong track record in working with and orchestrating partners in complex implementation projects. • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level. • AWS Cloud technical expertise and customer service delivery experience • Experience with services commercialization, productization, and positioning services with customer • Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives • Demonstrated ability to lead managers and successfully manage global, distributed teams across cultures, lines of business, and geographies • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams • Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, delegation, planning & organization and judgment • Possesses outstanding written and oral communication • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity • Able to collaborate across organization and with external stakeholders • Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction • Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency • Able to travel regionally - expected 50%
