Description

• We here at Quatt are dedicated to expediting the energy transition with sustainable home energy solutions accessible to all, aiming to assist 3 million households in making the transition by 2030. • As the Product Manager (f/m/x), you'll be responsible for aligning the product strategy on a full ecosystem of vertically integrated products. • You will be instrumental in driving the transition to eco-friendly home-heating solutions. • Act as the central hub, integrating the needs of German customers, operations, installers, regulations and other stakeholders into the development process. • Leverage user research to understand the voice of the customer and identify trends in sustainable home energy solutions in Germany. • Define and implement product requirements for Quatt's entire home-heating solutions ecosystem, with a specific focus on meeting German market needs and regulations. • Work with local teams in Germany and all necessary stakeholders, to ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications. • Partner with engineering teams to ensure product features meet technical feasibility, performance goals and German safety standards. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the German sustainable home energy market. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, launch strategies and go-to-market plans specifically tailored for the German market. • Support the organisation of pilots and proofs of concept to facilitate the introduction of the products in the German market.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering. • Preferably 10+ years of experience, including around 5 years in product management or a similar role involving hardware and software products. • A proven track record of successfully launching innovative products to market. • A strong understanding of the HVAC industry, with a particular focus on the German heating market. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Fluency in English and German for effective communication with all stakeholders. • A passion for customer focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
