• High performing team members, challenging projects, and a great place to work! • Quisitive is a global Microsoft services partner focused on delivering innovative solutions. • Currently hiring a Small & Medium Enterprise ERP Sales Specialist. • You will be pivotal in positioning ERP services to prospects. • Focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Intacct. • Work closely with our team and partner representatives to provide tailored solutions. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ business challenges. • Build and maintain strong client relationships for successful sales processes. • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams for seamless service delivery. • Stay updated with industry trends and product developments. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. • Track and report on sales activities using CRM software.
• Enjoy what you do, have a positive attitude, and be competitive! • Good interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, focus, and passion for selling strategic IT services are critical. • Team player, but also independent and tenacious will be important. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience selling Sage Intacct services, Dynamics BC services or other financial management software • Ability to close $1 million+ sales quota in the first year, including software, implementation, and support services. • Strong knowledge of financial management software. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
