Description
• Act as a strategic advisor for Qventus customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results • Manage day-to-day client operations • Craft and execute client-specific strategies • Act as primary escalation point for client concerns • Work closely with R&D, Delivery, and PMs • Partner with internal experts for configuration support • Define, measure, and validate value-creation initiatives • Help define transition process for standardized support • Serve as communication bridge between internal and external teams
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships • Strong project management skills • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Analytical mindset with a focus on value creation • Experience working with technical teams • Passion for improving healthcare operations
