β’ Join our expanding team as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Fundraise Up. β’ Build and foster relationships with U.S.-based non-profits. β’ Help them fully leverage our platform to achieve fundraising success. β’ Collaborate with key executives, drive product adoption, resolve technical issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. β’ Act as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters. β’ Be the product expert, provide training/guidance and technical support. β’ Deliver Quarterly Account Reviews to customers. β’ Retain customers through proactive risk identification and mitigation. β’ Expand senior-level stakeholder relationships.
β’ Proven work experience of 5-8 years in SaaS Customer Success. β’ Experience managing a customer book of business of $2M+ ARR. β’ Familiarity with CRMs, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and deliver persuasive presentations. β’ Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. β’ Understanding of performance metrics or KPIs. β’ Ability to work independently and proactively to drive outcomes and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams. β’ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth and dynamic environment. β’ Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers.
