Description

• The HR Business Partner at Radicle Health will play a crucial role in supporting the organization by managing, improving, and advocating for employee relations and experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. • This role requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both leaders and employees to support various issues and recurring programs like performance management reviews, engagement survey consulting, and facilitating training. • The primary goal is to create a supportive and thriving work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to learn, engage, and reach their full potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner in increasingly responsible roles. • Demonstrated strong judgment and experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations. • Strong understanding of state, provincial, and federal employment laws and statutes. • Experience in managing and updating employee handbooks and HR policies. • Proven ability to provide consulting support for leaders on performance and team dynamics. • Experience in creating and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). • Experience in coordinating employee surveys and feedback processes, and conducting new hire and exit interviews. • Experience in leading and supporting employee engagement and cultural initiatives. • Proven ability in designing and delivering training programs, and developing career pathing frameworks and mentorship programs. • Experience in succession planning and fostering a learning culture.
