• Join a Strategy-First Digital Consultancy! • Drive business development efforts across the Southeast territory, focusing on strategic consulting and digital services. • Collaborate with internal business development team and strategic technology partners. • Ensure RDA's solutions address long-term strategic needs of clients. • Lead with Strategy: Partner with clients to clarify their strategic objectives. • Drive Growth in Services Sales: Acquiring and expanding service-based solutions. • Tailor Solutions to Client Needs: Collaborate with senior leaders for unique business challenges. • Work Cross-Functionally: Align with internal RDA teams for project execution. • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales process from lead identification to delivery. • Leverage Partnerships for Growth: Build relationships with partners for joint strategies. • Strategic Business Planning: Create business plans using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.

Requirements

• Extensive Consultancy Experience: 10+ years in consultative sales, preferably within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environment. • Experience in selling services rather than products is essential, including strategy & advisory, platform implementations, and custom application development. • Channel Partner Expertise: Proven track record of working with partners to foster opportunities and expand revenue in a services-driven business model. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to senior executives in a clear, compelling manner. • Proven Mobility & Flexibility: Willing to travel as needed, capitalizing on face-to-face opportunities to develop strong client relationships. • Bonus Expertise: Experience with CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, and Customer Portal solutions is a plus, as these are key components of RDA’s service offerings.
