• As a Business Development Manager for Realm Digital, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and driving client engagements within the UK market. • You will present Realm Digital’s value proposition, focusing on our expertise in digital platform design, software development, and consulting services. • You will need to have a good understanding of the technology landscape, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. • A basic understanding of business analysis will be essential in translating client needs into effective solutions. • Tasks include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market, targeting key sectors that align with Realm Digital’s offerings. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. • Present Realm Digital’s value proposition, showcasing our digital platform design, software development, and consulting services. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity. • Engage in business analysis to understand client requirements and provide recommendations that align with their goals and Realm Digital’s expertise. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients. • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closure. • Work closely with Realm Digital’s leadership and project teams to ensure seamless handover and ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the technology or digital services industry. • Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development, and emerging technologies. • Basic business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and interpret client requirements. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for technology innovation.
