🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience in mid-market to Enterprise B2B SaaS environments β€’ Demonstrated success in generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting β€’ Documented track record of consistently exceeding sales targets β€’ Experience selling mid-market deals (mid-five-figure ACVs) and Enterprise deals (six-figure ACVs) β€’ Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and drive results without close supervision β€’ Exceptional prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outbound activities β€’ Strong technical acumen with excellent written and verbal communication β€’ Superior project management skills for juggling multiple complex opportunities β€’ Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions and ARR β€’ Expert proficiency with modern sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong, and Zoominfo β€’ Customer-first mindset with proven ability to collaborate globally β€’ Adaptability in fast-changing environments where solutions aren't always straightforward β€’ Relentless hunter mentality with the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging market
