• Minimum 2 years of top performance in a B2C or B2B inside sales role • Ability to thrive in a remote environment • Strong communication skills - both written and oral - and a sincere passion for helping others • High emotional intelligence who can easily understand and built rapport with customers • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast paced environment • Open to coaching and feedback with a desire to grow and develop • Highly results driven • Real estate license is a plus • General understanding of the home buying and selling process • Wholesale real estate experience is a plus
