• LeadVenture is growing, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in our dealer sales efforts. • This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume, prospecting, and customer feedback. • You will act as the first source for sales and business development between potential new clients and vendors. • We are looking for motivated and hungry candidates fueled by the desire to succeed, ready to get both feet wet in a sales setting, and continue our revenue growth. • This position is not open to candidates located in EST time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred. • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce • Lead generation/cold calling experience • Associates degree preferred (But not required) • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to a Territory Manager. • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment. • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners. • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
