Description

β€’ Responsible for managing the entire sales and account management process β€’ Develops and cultivates client relationships within assigned book of accounts β€’ Prepares presentations and proposals in support of new business development β€’ Communicates client needs and expectations throughout the organization β€’ Provides consultative guidance to development and implementation of key meeting agendas β€’ Oversees the ongoing maintenance of existing data subscriptions β€’ Acts as a client advocate to ensure key program deliverables β€’ Travels to and participates in meetings and projects as required

Requirements

β€’ B.S required and M.B.A. or advanced degree preferred β€’ Professional healthcare sales experience analytics/market research data background within the pharmaceutical industry β€’ Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years related and progressively responsible sales experience within the healthcare / pharma industry β€’ Direct secondary data and/or market research service sales experience preferred β€’ Thorough knowledge of the current and ongoing corporate pharmaceutical oncology marketplace β€’ Understanding of generally available clinical data sets including medical claims data, pharmacy claims data, electronic medical record data β€’ Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills β€’ Ability to direct activities of others β€’ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills β€’ Excellent presentation skills β€’ Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
