Description

• Play an integral role in developing, delivering, and selling data-driven solutions to clients • Strong subject matter expertise in life sciences healthcare policy • Familiarity with key data sources for healthcare analysis • Quickly recognize and understand clients’ business questions • Develop data-driven solutions and analysis frameworks • Execute analysis plans effectively and efficiently • Interpret and summarize results accurately • Create story-based narratives that articulate how results influence policy decision-makers

Requirements

• Graduate degree in public policy, healthcare policy or law, or a related field • Minimum of 8+ years relevant healthcare policy and reimbursement experience • Quantitative analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAS • Deep understanding of core policy issues relevant to industry • Robust expertise in Medicare payment policies related to pharmaceuticals • Experience with existing Medicare and commercial data sets • Ability to translate detailed technical information to others • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
