β€’ About Us β€’ Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies. β€’ DEFCON AI is a modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) company that provides cutting-edge technology solutions. β€’ The business development manager will assist the vice president of growth, and chief revenue officer with creating a sustainable Department of Defense business pipeline. β€’ Key summary of skills: Self starter with enterprise-level organization skills, leverage Joint Military Experience in developing a DoD business pipeline. β€’ What you will bring: Drive strategic alignment with top tier and preferred ISV partners, establish and maintain a joint GTM plan, act as primary relationship manager for all assigned partners, thrive in a full BD life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits. β€’ Responsibilities include daily review of Department of Defense business development websites and updating business development call log and engagement plan, and leading partner strategies and contract negotiations.

Requirements

β€’ At least 8 years of experience in the department of defense. β€’ MBA highly desired as is a strong entrepreneurial spirit to seek out new opportunities and bring them to the company. β€’ Solution-driven technical acumen, demonstrated by understanding and driving technical solutions which suit customer strategy and acquisition plans. β€’ Must have led and won large competitive captures. β€’ Active SECRET clearance required. TS/SCI desired.
