📋 Description
• Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust. • Join the Top of Funnel team to shape the future of how users discover and experience Reddit. • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier platform performance. • Define and execute the strategy for Top of Funnel Platform to optimize search rankings. • Own roadmapping and set impactful OKRs for the product. • Design experiments to attribute platform product changes to user outcomes. • Analyze data to identify high-impact opportunities for growth. • Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver impactful features for users and partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience in consumer product management • Proven experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps, setting OKRs, defining, running, and measuring experiments, and working collaboratively with peers from engineering, PM, data science, and other cross-functional teams • Exceptional analytical skills (along with running SQL queries) as well as problem solving skills with the ability to make complex tradeoffs • Strong technical background, experience with system design and high level knowledge of system architecture • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to align a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal • Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise • Experience managing large amounts of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity • Possesses a growth mindset and works in a collaborative manner with all partners
