• Responsible for the development and execution of strategic account growth plans • Sell and position solutions with key budget holders and decision-makers • Provide well-executed plans that will yield a strong pipeline, visibility and opportunities to sign strategic multi-year agreements
• Proven success at achieving, maintaining or exceeding $3M-5M sales target annually • A solid network across Life Sciences for business and technology consulting services • Experience selling business and technology consulting services, including but not limited to: Organizational Transformation, Business Process Excellence, Organizational Change Management, Training System and Information Management, Data/Information Governance & Strategy, System Assessment, Implementation, & Maintenance, Document/Information Management, Document/Data Organization Migration • Demonstrated ability to break into new accounts and new functional areas within existing accounts • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships across functional areas and levels as well as other external partners (i.e. Technology Vendors) • Ability to identify and develop (via consultative approach) large strategic relationships • Excellent written and verbal communications • Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of the pharma sector with a concentration in business and technology consulting services • Prior experience using SalesForce as a CRM tool for pipeline and opportunity tracking desired • Advanced skill level in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook • Understanding of the drug development process as it relates to timeliness of service offerings • Up to 50% travel required
