• Managing Director/Director role in Medical Affairs at Red Nucleus • Focus on strategic learning and development, scientific advisory services, and medical communications for life sciences • Deliver strategic guidance and manage organizational transformation initiatives • Foster client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance business performance • Oversee project delivery teams, mitigate risks, and monitor project performance • Build long-term client partnerships, manage multimillion-dollar portfolios, and conduct business transformations

Requirements

• Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy and change specifically for Life Sciences and ideally within Medical Affairs • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar initiatives • Strong expertise in organizational transformation, business process development, organizational change management, system implementations and project management • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written, covering a broad range of audiences • Communication effectiveness to deliver complex and challenging messages with sensitivity and persuasiveness • Must have an executive presence • Must have a network in life sciences for Business Development • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities • Ability to lead client work and accounts • Ability to attract, retain, mentor and grow team members • Ability to become a trusted partner to all levels of clients • Must have a collaborative and team-based mindset • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Must be capable of leading complex engagements with superior practice-build and client relationship management skills
