Description

• This role is remote with travel as needed in the Southern California area. • Reporting to the ATS Business Leader, you will serve as a key member of the sales team. • This is a hands-on role responsible for proactively driving the go-to market Sales strategy and developing our channel to market. • You will be mentored by the Director of Sales and will work closely with all other functions of the company. • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the focused markets. • Deliver rapid growth associated with Automatic Transfer Switches in terms of orders, revenue and margin.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or related fields preferred. • 3-5 years’ Sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry. • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. • Exceptional track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered on rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs. • Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement. • Recognized by peers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated. • Outstanding sales ability and closing skills. • Customer focused with a passion for customer success. • Strong presentation communication skills. • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations. • Ability and desire to frequently travel across North America.
