Description

• A key influencer of Regal Rexnord’s success depends on talent analytics • Responsible for partnering with HR leadership to identify critical talent questions • Provide HR business partners with access to data and self-service reporting capabilities • Aggregate and analyze data across multiple, disparate data sources • Visualize and present data in a clear, concise, actionable format • Act as the subject matter expert for all things data related across HR • Analyze and develop advanced reports using Workday Reporting functionality

Requirements

• Strong combination of analytical, technical, and leadership skills • Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with BI platforms/visualization tools • Human Capital Management System (HCMS) experience required in Workday • Deep domain Workday functionality and capabilities with data reporting and manipulation • 5+ years of experience focused on developing and delivering dashboards, data visualizations and reporting to customers through advanced Workday report writing experience • Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data • Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and its functions and processes • Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way • Passionate, customer centric approach to problem-solving and analytical consulting; ability to influence and develop solutions
