Description

• We are seeking a Business Development Director in the US to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. • This individual should have extensive business development experience focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Health, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a good understanding of the regulated industry, in healthcare, life sciences, food, and consumer products. • In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional team including product and customer success team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required • 15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health industries with interest in SaaS • Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets • Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development • Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels • Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives • Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions • Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment • Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
