β€’ Develops business and retains and services clients at Ascentium Capital β€’ Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients to achieve specified production goals β€’ Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services and demonstrate offerings β€’ Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and cross-sell products β€’ Communicate information regarding company products and policies to clients β€’ Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals β€’ Stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) β€’ One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) β€’ Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals β€’ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
