Description

• Develops business and retains and services clients at Ascentium Capital • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients to achieve specified production goals • Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services and demonstrate offerings • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and cross-sell products • Communicate information regarding company products and policies to clients • Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals • Stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) • Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
