Description

•Develops business and retains and services clients •Identifies and pursues new leads, prospects or clients •Conducts meetings with potential clients •Cultivates relationships with existing clients •Communicates information regarding company products •Negotiates terms and agreements •Maintains knowledge of company product information •Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activities •Ensures all required client paperwork is complete and submitted on time •Meets monthly quota goals •Provides timely and accurate sales reporting •Attends business/trade events and company sales meetings

Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED •Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production •Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred) •One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (Preferred) •Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals (Preferred) •Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (Preferred)
