β€’ Develops business and retains and services clients. β€’ Identifies and pursues new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. β€’ Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services. β€’ Cultivates relationships with existing clients to understand needs and cross-sell products. β€’ Communicates information regarding company products and policies to clients. β€’ Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales. β€’ Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activities. β€’ Ensures client paperwork is complete and submitted on time. β€’ Meets monthly quota goals on a consistent basis. β€’ Attends business/trade events and company sales meetings.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) β€’ One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) β€’ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
