📋 Description

• Develops business and retains and services clients • Identifies and pursues new leads, prospects, or clients through various means • Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services • Cultivates relationships with existing clients to understand their needs • Communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures • Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals • Maintains thorough knowledge of company product information • Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions • Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time • Meets monthly quota goals on a consistent basis • Provides timely and accurate sales reporting as required • Attends business/trade events as requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
