Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience with a strong record of shipping product with Agile processes preferred. • Experience working remotely. The engineering team is a distributed one with remote-first processes. • Strong knowledge and experience leveraging SaaS based engineering principles. • As a former engineer, you can hold your own in technical conversations. • Experience or strong interest in healthcare products.
