We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven leader within our Risk Team as our Director of Credit Risk. In this role you’ll impact our business by developing credit strategies supporting our credit card, and overall credit program. You’ll need strong conviction, and will need to be comfortable with data-driven decisions and strategy to support both internal and external teams. • This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and build Relay’s first credit program from the ground up alongside our founders. In this role you’ll have a massive impact on empowering the financial success of SMBs using our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in credit card risk strategy • 3+ years in a leadership capacity • Educational background in a quantitative field, economics, business, engineering or equivalent • Experience managing risk & reward optimization for lending programs • You’ve built a new product or program from 0 to 1 • Strong communication skills • Highly collaborative • Ability to influence and build buy-in amongst senior & executive leadership • Significant experience in cross-functional partnerships (sales, marketing, product, IT etc) • Extensive experience using test and learn frameworks
