Description

• Sales helps prospective and active customers experience Remote’s Global HR Platform. • Account Executive focusing on Eastern Europe & Baltics region.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Fluent in Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, Czech, Romanian or Ukrainian • Previous experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred • Demonstrable success in selling into the SMB Segment (0-500 employees) • Strong experience selling in CEE & Baltics regions • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation within organizations • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build a New Business pipeline • Organization, time management, and prioritization skills • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets monthly. • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus) • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Command of Message, and/or Challenger is a plus • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
